Let’s explore the idea that wine AND music BOTH enhance the dining experience!
You’ve no doubt heard that you can enhance your dining experience if you serve a compatible wine.
But have you heard that leading chefs and sommeliers are stretching this ‘cross-modal’ concept – claiming that music can
have a similar effect on your dining experience? During our light-hearted, enjoyable and hopefully instructive
five – course dinner, we going to ‘research’ this idea.

Each course will be presented with three of our wines, as in the background we listen to three different pieces of music. At the end of each course we’ll see how close we come to consensus in our choice of the ‘best’ joint food-wine-music experience. And then see if we can agree on some reasons for our decision.  ($100 per person and $90 for Loyalty Club Members)
